Planting Party

Want to learn how to plant, fertilize, water and take care of your hanging basket or planter to make it thrive all season? Join our 2 part Planting Party! 

This will be split into two separate workshops for one price, during the first workshop you will learn how to plant the plugs into a plant pie. Three weeks later, during the second workshop we will transplant the plant pies into your choice of a hanging basket or planter.

Every participant will also receive a $25 gift certificate on March 24th to be used April 14th on gardening products.

Sunday, March 24th 

- Choose your combo HERE

- Plant your combo into a plant pie with the guidance of our staff, this allows the plants to get rooted well before being transplanted

- Once you're done we will take care of it until it is well rooted and ready to transplant at the next class.

- On April 14th, you have the option to select a new white or black 16" hanging basket (included with your registraton) or you can bring your own basket/planter to transplant the combo into.  *Please remember all baskets & planters brought into the facility must be cleaned thoroughly with soap and water and rinsed in a bleach solution so we don't risk bringing in any diseases that could infect the baby plants! 

- Is your planter or basket in need of a refresh? Don't worry we have a good selection of high quality planters and weekender baskets to purchase in store.

Sunday, April 14th

Now that the plant pies are well rooted, we will show you how to transplant the combo into your choice of a hanging basket or planter.

After this workshop we will take care of your hanging basket or planter until your plants are mature and ready to withstand the outdoor weather(May long weekend). All planters & baskets must be picked up no later than May 19th, 2024 - a $5 per day charge will be applied to hold after that date.

In the case that you cannot make it to one of the workshops, please reach out to us so that we can arrange accordingly.

If you would like to plant more than one combo, please purchase tickets according to the amount of combos you are planting.
