Flamenco Delphinium

Lush dusky-pink double flowers sparkle with rich undertones of violet purple. The sturdy stems are jam-packed with gently ruffled blossoms layered in petals. Centers often flaunt a hint of cream. No staking required. A ravishing mid-border vertical accent. Delphinium Flamenco, from the Highlander® series, was developed in Scotland by a local Glasgow Delphinium enthusiast Tony Coakley to produce long-blooming, high-performance, disease-resistant flowers. A compact mound of deeply-cut foliage forms around the exquisite, elegant flower spikes. Delphiniums make exceptional cut flowers and will attract hummingbirds.
