How to Grow: Separate garlic into cloves and plant in rich well drained soil. Plant 2" deep from the tip of the clove at 6-8" spacing between cloves. For fall planting cover with mulch or straw to prevent freezing. In spring add fertilizer. Water often to the depth of the root throughout the summer. Cut back the scapes as they appear and harvest bulbs in August when the base above the bulb turns brown and dry. Air dry harvested bulbs in well ventilated area out of directs sun. Enjoy your fresh garlic!
