Showy perennial for beautiful summer color in shady areas. Fragrant and feathery, densely packed spires of pale pink rise above foliage. Adds a light, airy quality to a border or in mass plantings. Can be planted from full shade to part sun but needs consistent moisture. Blooms in summer. A shorter astilbe reaching a height of 20 in and a width of 18 in.
