Autumn Rose Seed Potato

Autumn Rose is an attractive early maturing red skinned white fleshed variety. This high yielding variety has smooth skin with very shallow eyes. Autumn Rose has a fairly good resistance to common scab and is a great long term storage potato variety!

Planting, maturity and harvest times
Space whole seed potatoes approximately 25-30 cm (10″-12″) apart. This variety matures relatively early and is ready in about 75-85 days. It is an excellent garden variety especially when grown in areas where scab can be a problem. Give adequate nutrients at planting time.
Cooking Applications
Autumn Rose is a slightly mealy textured potato. It is a general purpose cooking variety and works well for oven roasting, mashing, baking and frying.
Storage
Approximately 6 months at 6 degrees Celsius.
