RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want to be your getaway place filled with joy and have you leaving here with a smile!
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or experience for any reason, please let us know so we can make it right.
Whether you change your mind or its not the right one, our team at Garden of Eden Greenhouse & Gifts is happy to exchange or return all non-plant items purchased from our facility that are in the original, salable condition.
Proof of purchase is required.

Within 14 days, we will gladly exchange or refund merchandise.

15 to 60 days, returns will be refunded onto a Garden of Eden Greenhouse & Gifts gift card. Gift cards never expire and can be used on anything sold at our greenhouse + giftshop.

Christmas returns honored until January 15th of the following year.

In the unlikely event that one of the trees, shrubs, roses & perennials passes away, we’d be happy to replace it for you one time within the guaranteed growing season.
