Honeyqueen Raspberry
Developed in Alberta! Unique raspberries because the berries are a unique yellow colour, and with a sweet honey flavour. The berries are soft, medium-sized, and very hardy. The berries are excellent eaten fresh off of the bush, as well as for jams.
The berry plant likes lots of water, so the more you water the better the berries and the crop yield. This variety is self-pollinating and will bear fruit on its prior year’s growth. The Honey Queen should be trellised upright for best results. The canes are yellowish, floricane, arched, and moderately spiny.
