'Snowbird' Hawthorn
Known to be one of the most hardiest ornamental hawthorns. It is highly recommended for small home landscapes, but requires a wind sheltered space. It has sparse red berries in the Fall and has sharp thorns. The Snowbird Hawthorn has stunning clusters of white flowers that are held atop the branches in mid-Spring. It has forest green foliage through the season, the leaves are serrated and lobed that do not develop any appreciable fall color. Mature height 18ft with a 12ft spread.
